Too bad these informations aren't taken into account, especially when
information fields remain empty after the Referencer lookup.
Not to mention that the special PDF metadata 'Producer' exists to store
this program name.

Hi all,
i was surprised noticing Referencer doesn't use PDF metadata,
pdfinfo paper.pdf
pdftk paper.pdf dump_data
Is this functionality in development ? Did i miss something ?
Thanks in advance,
Adrien

In my experience, hardly any PDFs in the wild have useful metadata. Author
is frequently set to the name of the program that generated the PDF.
