[referencer] problem opening pdf

Often I want to open a PDF after looking at its Properties (e.g. to fix
the journal title or author list). However, referencer (1.1.5) doesn't
allow me to do this. I have to close the Properties, open the PDF then
open the Properties again. Tedious.

(Oh, and I think referencer is great, BTW - nice job! It looks great
and does useful things (people walk by and say "hey! how can I get that
on *my* computer?")

I had half-done a clickable document thumbnail in the document properties
window ages ago, but never got around to finishing it off. I just got
around to it: now in mercurial head.
